  • The staff member clicks Create Job.
  • TryStatus creates the service request and public tracker link.
  • If a customer email was provided, TryStatus can email the tracker link right away.
  • If SMS consent was confirmed, TryStatus can also send an optional transactional text update.
  • The customer can then follow future status updates on the public tracker page.
