What happens next
- The staff member clicks Create Job.
- TryStatus creates the service request and public tracker link.
- If a customer email was provided, TryStatus can email the tracker link right away.
- If SMS consent was confirmed, TryStatus can also send an optional transactional text update.
- The customer can then follow future status updates on the public tracker page.
